This is what we can call a fantastic album. Funny but I have meet Noel McGhie last week during a concert where Dharma Quintet, Cohelmec Ensemble have been reunited + members of Machi Oul and the Workshop de Lyon.

Hi correct silence - so you must have met Pierre Crepon and a friend of mine from Germany Jochen Behring. They were both attending the festival.
Jochen told me that McGhie will play in Berlin with Trevor Watts and Kent Carter in April '18.

Hi Ernst
In fact I said hello very quickly to Noel McGhie because I was busy to record the concert for the radio and our show. So I talked with only very few persons and very fast.

Awesome album -- got a copy some years ago. Burton is of course sounding great these days, having just wrapped up a US tour.

Fascinated by the prospect of surviving members of Cohelmec and Machi-Oul reuniting. That's really cool.

I searched for this LP on and off over the years - a low-rent set of MP3s and a partly corrupted WAV archive was all I ever found.

It is great. Thanks Ernst!

As per Clifford Allen above, these days the now-80 year old Burton Green is totally worth catching up with . Check his recent Improvising Beings recordings among others..

Great post!

I'm hoping to see Burton when he comes to Chicago.
